Free Hearing Exam
Before we can determine the best hearing solution for you, we conduct a thorough test to get an accurate idea of your hearing needs. Our sound booth features a new state-of-the-art audiometer for binaural testing, which enables us to assess hearing in both ears at the same time. The thorough hearing exam also includes testing for speech discrimination (also called speech recognition), which identifies your ability to clearly discern speech.
During the consultation, we’ll discuss the nature and severity of your hearing loss, your medical history, your family’s medical history, your lifestyle, your eyesight and dexterity, and the size and shape of your outer ear and inner ear canals. Working together, we’ll recommend the best solution for your individual needs.
Plan an hour for your hearing exam, consultation, fitting, and in-office demo (in most cases). We encourage you to ask questions, try various hearing aids, listen to people talk, go outside to hear traffic, and get a sense of how well the new hearing aids work for you. (Taking a “test drive” of select hearing aids for a few days may be possible, too.)
At a value of $250, this free hearing exam and consultation could change your life!

Hearing Aid Cleanings
No matter where you purchased your hearing aids, stop by any time for a complimentary cleaning. Most people don’t realize that a deep, thorough cleaning optimizes the performance of their hearing aid and extends its life. If you’re a visitor or snowbird, drop in while you’re in Tucson, Oro Valley, or Chandler, AZ – no need to wait until you return home.

Medical Referral to an ENT When Necessary
Our Hearing Instrument Specialists are trained to recognize issues that may require a medical specialty. In these rare cases, we refer clients to highly respected ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialists.
Tinnitus Management
Are you experiencing ringing in the ears? If so, you’ve come to the right place. Our specialists are experts at providing the most effective tinnitus relief options available. Learn more below about tinnitus, the types and causes as well as common treatment options.

Custom Hearing Protection
Luckily, there is a solution to protect your hearing from permanent damage. For people who exposed to loud sounds on a regular basis, or for people who are concerned about protecting their hearing in the long term, there is custom ear protection.
Made from molds of your ear, custom ear protection provides the best defense against dangerous levels of noise. While silicon and foam ear plugs do provide some comfort against noise, custom ear protection is personalized to protect your hearing. They also allow you to hear the sounds you want to hear.
